COCONUT RICE DUMPLINGS

INGREDIENTS (1 cup = 250 ml) |

- Parboiled rice: 1 1/2 cup
- Hot Water: 4 cups
|
- Nisarga coconut powder: 1/2 cup
- Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)

Method:
- Soak the rice in hot water for Approx 2 hours
- Rinse & drain the water. The rice would be soft in texture
- Grind the rice till it is coarse in texture.
- Add nisarga coconut powder & salt
- Mix it properly, till all the mixture is combined.
- With the help of your palms form balls of your desired size
- Now place the balls in the double boiler & steam it for 20 minutes or until done.
