  1. Eligibility for Returns

 

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, leaked, or defective.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.
  • The product is expired or spoiled on arrival.

 

Conditions:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Change of mind or dislike of taste.
  • Bulk/wholesale orders.

 

  1. Refunds & Replacements
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Refund will be made to the original payment method.
  • Replacement may be offered based on stock availability.

 

  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refund for cancelled orders (if eligible) within 3–5 working days.
