Refund and Returns Policy
At Nisarga Coconut (Pronisarga Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd.), we take utmost care to deliver natural and hygienically packed coconut products to your doorstep. However, in case of any issue, we have a clear and fair return policy.
- Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged, leaked, or defective.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- The product is expired or spoiled on arrival.
Conditions:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used items.
- Products without original packaging.
- Change of mind or dislike of taste.
- Bulk/wholesale orders.
- Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Refund will be made to the original payment method.
- Replacement may be offered based on stock availability.
- Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
- Refund for cancelled orders (if eligible) within 3–5 working days.
- Shipping Costs
- If error is on our part, we bear all shipping charges.
- Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.
